Terms of Service

Effective October 7, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chalkedge.bet, chalkedgesports.com and related pages, dashboards and data feeds (together, the "Service"), operated by ChalkEdge Sports ("ChalkEdge," "we," "us" or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who Can Use ChalkEdge

• You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for using sports betting or daily fantasy research tools (for example, 21 in many U.S. states).
• You are responsible for following the laws where you live, including any laws about sports wagering or daily fantasy sports. Using ChalkEdge does not make any wager or contest legal where it is not.
• You may not use the Service if we have previously closed your account for breaking these Terms.

2. What the Service Is (and Is Not)

• ChalkEdge provides sports statistics, historical results, hit rates, splits, player profiles, and odds information collected from third-party sources, for research and entertainment.
• ChalkEdge does not accept wagers, operate a sportsbook, run fantasy or pick'em contests, offer prizes, or sell "picks." Any lines, projections, "edges" or hit rates are informational and are not recommendations to place any wager or entry.
• ChalkEdge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PrizePicks, Underdog, Pinnacle, any sportsbook, any DFS operator, or any league, team or player. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the data shown.
• Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

3. Your Account

• Give accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Accounts are for one person. Do not share your login or let others use your membership.
• Tell us right away at support@chalkedge.bet if you think someone else has accessed your account.

4. Membership, Billing and Cancellation

• Free plan. ChalkEdge Basic is free and includes a limited set of features. No payment card is needed. We may change which features the free plan includes at any time.
• Free trial. New ChalkEdge Pro members get a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before day 8. One free trial per person.
• Price. ChalkEdge Pro costs $29.99 per month or $249.99 per year (plus any applicable taxes) unless a different price is shown at checkout. We may change the price for future billing periods with at least 14 days' notice by email or on the Service.
• Automatic renewal. Your membership renews every month or every year, depending on the plan you chose, and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe's terms and privacy policy also apply to your payment.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your Account page ("Manage Billing or Cancel"). When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable and we do not give credits for partial months, except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review it.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it is resolved.

5. Data Accuracy and Availability

• Statistics, results, odds and lines come from third-party providers and automated processing. They may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or change after we show them. Sportsbook and DFS lines can move or disappear at any time.
• Some sports, leagues, players or prop types may not be available, or may show sample data while feeds are being connected. We will label sample data where it appears.
• We may add, change or remove features, sports or data sources at any time. We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, crawl, download in bulk, resell, republish or redistribute ChalkEdge data or pages, or use them to build a competing product;
• access the Service with bots or automated tools, or try to get around login, membership or rate limits;
• interfere with, probe or try to break the security or operation of the Service;
• use the Service for anything unlawful, including in places where sports wagering or DFS research is prohibited; or
• harass our staff or misuse our support channels.

Screenshots for personal use or short social posts that credit ChalkEdge are fine.

7. Our Content and Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, calculations, text and compilations of data, belongs to ChalkEdge or its licensors and is protected by law. While your membership is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your own research. All other rights are reserved.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service relies on and may link to third parties (for example, Stripe for payments, data providers, sportsbooks and DFS sites). We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PAST RESULTS DO NOT PREDICT FUTURE RESULTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY OUTCOME, PROFIT OR WINNINGS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, CHALKEDGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, WAGERS, ENTRIES, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR ANY DECISION YOU MAKE BASED ON IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some places do not allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless ChalkEdge from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after your account ends.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, email you. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@chalkedge.bet so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any claim must be brought individually, not as part of a class or representative action, to the extent the law allows.
